Cleaning of the Instrument:

When the tests have been completed the instrument should be cleaned as follows:

Cleaning results are excellent and can be achieved in 30-40 minutes.

1. A 1/16" S.S. inlet tube is connected to a helium tank set at 10 psi.

2. A clean sample vessel is pierced and attached to the sampler.

3. The sampler is then placed in a GC oven and heated to 200° for 20 minutes with helium flow.
